How it came to be

Cotino is Disney's first residential community — a masterplanned oasis in Rancho Mirage built around a 24-acre lagoon. The Beach Club sits at its heart, open only to residents and a small circle of select members. It's not a hotel. Not a resort. Not a timeshare. It's a private club, and if you're reading this, you still have a shot at getting in.
